The way we effectively discover and execute this task is different from the approach often taken by other firms. Instead of deligating the discovery process to other firms or junior staffers, we directly immerse in our clients offering in order to understand the psychology in meeting the consumer's needs. If our clients make baked goods, we become bakers. If our clients make farming equipment, we become farmers. We also collaborate within our client's organizations in order to close gaps, reduce the diffusion of strategy and more effectively construct business cases, performance metrics and strategy deployment plans. We do this because no strategy can be effective if it does not first consider the realities inside an organization. And the best way to consider those realities is to work in real partnership.
